It is forbidden to copy, duplicate and use any parts or the whole information, photos, graphical and other elements contained in Farm Management programme of the Perfect Fruits Quality System in an electronic or any other form without the author’s consent. This website and IT system is protected by copyrights. Pursuant to the Act of 4 February 1994, all persons that will duplicate this website and/or IT system, partially or fully, without the author’s knowledge and consent will be subject to criminal liability. Copyrights apply to all signs of individual creative activity in any form, of any value, purpose and way of expression (work).

 

Copyrights also apply to the author, whether any formalities are met or not. The author whose copyrights are violated by third parties may request such parties to stop the violation. In the case of violation, the author may claim that the person that caused the violation take actions necessary to remove the consequences thereof, and in particular make a public statement of a relevant content and form. If the violation is intentional, the court may adjudicate a relevant amount of compensation for damage to the author or, at the author’s request, oblige the perpetrator to pay a relevant amount to social goal specified by the author. It is forbidden to copy and distribute without permit.

 

Any violation of copyrights will be subject to criminal penalty set out by law, in particular by the Copyrights and Related Rights Act, Counteracting Unfair Competition Act, as well as regulations of Press Law, and the Civil Code. Own trademarks and products of particular companies are protected by copyrights.
